Because many of our products contain natural materials or are individually selected, variations in color, shape, size, texture and appearance may occur. Crystals, stones and other natural materials are inherently unique, and these variations are not considered defects.

3. Product Information & Use

Our ritual sprays, oils, incense, candles and other products should be used only as directed. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances, including reviewing ingredients for known allergies or sensitivities.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional care when necessary.

4. Services & Appointments

The Venus Rose may offer services including Cosmic Reiki, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), oracle readings and other spiritual or wellness experiences.

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and follow any preparation or participation instructions associated with your appointment.

Appointments are also subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional acknowledgments or consent forms provided for a particular service.

5. Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer

The products, services, readings, sessions, meditations and other content offered by The Venus Rose are intended for personal, spiritual and wellness purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical or mental health condition and are not substitutes for medical care, mental health care, therapy, legal advice, financial advice or other services provided by appropriately licensed professionals.

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, spiritual, financial or other outcome from our products or services.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and well being.

6. BQH Sessions

Beyond Quantum Healing is an individualized spiritual and personal exploration experience. Experiences during a session vary, and no particular memory, image, insight, spiritual connection or other result can be guaranteed.

BQH is not medical or mental health treatment and should not be used as a substitute for care from a qualified health care or mental health professional.

Additional disclosures, consent requirements and participation terms may apply to BQH sessions and will be provided as part of the booking process.

7. Oracle Readings & Spiritual Guidance

Oracle readings and other forms of spiritual guidance are offered for personal reflection and spiritual exploration.

Readings do not guarantee future events or outcomes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take following a reading or other spiritual service.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions or other errors and, when appropriate, cancel or refund an order affected by an error.

Payment must be successfully processed before products are shipped or services are provided.

If installment or payment plan options are offered, you remain responsible for all payments associated with the purchase according to the terms presented at checkout.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases and service bookings are subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and tracking process.

Digital products, including meditations, recordings, written materials and downloadable content, are provided for your personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
