I believe journaling can be just as meaningful as meditation. 🌿

There is something powerful about taking a meditation, vision, idea or intention that exists within you and putting it onto paper. Writing gives it a place in the physical world. It allows you to explore it, return to it and sometimes understand it in an entirely new way.

That's why I wanted journals in this shop. This one especially drew me in with its beautiful embroidery, botanical details and tiny symbols. It feels like a special place to hold the things you don't want to forget.
