Why I Picked This

I love the way the crystal seems to float inside the gold.

The setting doesn't overwhelm the amethyst. Instead, it creates this beautiful little frame around it and lets the color and shape of the stone take center stage.

I was also drawn to the contrast between the organic crystal and the clean geometry surrounding it. It's delicate, a little unexpected and has just enough of that cosmic quality I look for without feeling overly mystical.
